Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials

Counterfeit or trademark‑infringing items

Items violating copyright laws

BallersMarket.com may remove any listing at its discretion.

  1. Transactions & Payments
    BallersMarket.com is a marketplace platform and does not act as a payment processor or financial intermediary unless explicitly stated.

All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.
BallersMarket.com is not responsible for:

Payment disputes

Chargebacks

Fraudulent transactions

Failure to complete a sale

Users must clearly communicate payment methods and terms.

  1. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
    Sellers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping or pickup details

Disclosing any associated fees

Ensuring items are packaged safely for delivery

Buyers are responsible for:

Following agreed pickup times

Providing accurate delivery information

  1. Returns & Refunds
