His latest, TIMELESS, is a solid 22-track project spanning two discs, featuring hip-hop heavyweights the likes of Childish Gambino, Anderson .Paak, Thundercat, Don Toliver, SiR and many more. This strong follow up to the sound that was KAYTRAMINÉ, the album is out in its entirety now.
The album is full of club, electronica, and RnB infused sounds boasting expressive hip-hop reminiscent drum breaks that makes the album stick like (smooth) jam on toast. If anything, the artist was right in releasing ‘Drip Sweat’ featuring Chanel Tres as a precursor to this groove storm.
The album truly works on many levels, targeting a plethora of upbeat human emotion, from confidence and energetic enthusiasm to soulful and nostalgic introspection; a juxtaposition in every sense.
